Important Updates to the SWPH COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics

With more than 80% of eligible residents vaccinated with at least one dose against COVID-19, Southwestern Public Health is scaling back operations at its mass immunization clinics in St. Thomas, Woodstock, and Tillsonburg.

St. Thomas Updates:

  • Scaled back in size and moving to Southwestern Public Health’s 1230 Talbot Street Location.

  • The Talbot Street site will provide first and second doses and support on-going vaccination efforts related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Appointments will be available through www.covidvaccineLM.ca or by calling 1-800-922-0096 ext. 9. Walk-ins welcome.

  • Any vaccination appointments for September or October that remain at Memorial Arena will be rescheduled to the Talbot Street site. Those individuals will receive a text, phone call, or email from public health.

  • Memorial Arena to administer its final vaccine doses on Friday, September 10; 1230 Talbot Street to open the morning of Monday, September 13.

  • As of Monday, September 13, hours of operation will be Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to noon, and 1 to 4 p.m.

Woodstock Updates:

  • Scaled back in size, with services remaining at the Goff Hall site.

  • As of Monday, September 13, hours of operation will be Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to noon, and 1 to 4 p.m

Tillsonburg Updates:

  • As announced in early August, the Tillsonburg clinic will close on August 27.

  • Any remaining vaccination appointments for September or October at the Tillsonburg clinic will be cancelled and rescheduled. Those individuals will receive a text, phone call, or email from public health.
